Senator Smucker toured the Kauffman Gamber Physical Therapy building on New Holland Avenue in Lancaster. Tim Kauffman recently added 47 photovoltaic panels to the 30 panels they installed six years ago. The solar panels produce enough electricity to power their office and heat the water in their therapeutic pool and laundry.
